Libby is on trial for not remembering two year old conversations. It probably wouldn't take much to get me on the same charge.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Nobody has been charged for outing Plame because it was not a crime. Fitzgerald admitted late in the case that he didn't know if Plame even was a covert agent though the entire charge would hinge on that. longer interpreting the law, but making it up as it goes along.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="mobile-post"&gt;Choosing what evidence to hear and ignoring anything which contradicts prior rulings is dishonest at best. They are all wondering why the voting results didn't match the exit polls when they really need to be wondering why the exit polls didn't match the voting results. They just don't get it. Their automatic assumption is that the polls must be more accurate and I've seen more than one internet column insinuating that the election must have been rigged. It's beyond me how anyone can think that asking people in select areas who they voted for is better than counting up all the votes in the country.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In 2000, one of the big arguments was that the one with the most popular votes should win, regardless of the electoral college. Now, Bush had the most popular votes and the most electoral college votes. Despite Pres. Bush being four lines &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;below&lt;/span&gt; Kerry, the box for the punch hole is two lines &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;above&lt;/span&gt; Kerry's.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.worldnetdaily.com/images2/ohio-butterfly.jpg"&gt;Sample ballot&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Does anyone think John Kerry's election lawyers will protest this unfair ballot? Me neither. Bush is the one planning to go to court and steal the election.  &lt;a href="http://www.prospect.org/web/page.ww?section=root&amp;name=ViewWeb&amp;amp;articleId=8796"&gt;http://www.prospect.org/web/page.ww?section=root&amp;name=ViewWeb&amp;amp;articleId=8796&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I guess people have forgotten who filed the papers in Gore vs. the State of Florida in 2000.
